Shoalhaven Gourmet Getaway

Join visitors on the Shoalhaven Gourmet Gateway for an afternoon delight with Devonshire Tea served in vintage tea cups with teas from local tea company Tea Journeys with Mark to present his range of teas which will also be available for purchase. House made scones with local jams and fresh cream and finger sandwiches. For those who do not drink tea, Rush coffee will be served. Farmgate enjoys using these two quality beverages.

$25pp for scones, finger sandwiches and tea or coffee.

Farmgate Restaurant serves up traditional Sunday Roast for lunch every Sunday. Bookings recommended – 11.00am until sold out.  Forget the mess and the time it takes to cook it yourself and visit our Nowra restaurant. Enjoy a delicious Sunday Roast at Farmgate Restaurant . $27per person

Farmgate Restaurant appreciates the opportunity to exhibit the artworks of local artists. Visit Farmgate to see the works of Kate Goodnow and Debra Quartararo between 9/11 and 24/12/2023. All artworks are for sale so, if you see something you like, you can enjoy it in your home or office!

XMAS IN JULY

Fun was had by many this week celebrating Xmas in July!! Celebrate with friends this winter in the Xmas in July festivities at Farmgate Restaurant. Enjoy a 2 or 3 course traditional dinner with all the trimmings in the decorated restaurant.  Don your in your favourite Xmas in July garb and have a bit of fun! And of course there’ll be mulled wine available!  Book in for dinner on Saturday 29th July or for lunch on Sunday 30th July. Or book a group event between 13-31/7.    

NEW ARTISTS EXHIBITION OPENING : Karen and Barbara Cunningham

Do you now about our artists program? We support local artists of the Shoalhaven and Greater Illawarra by offering our wall space to exhibit their works. Our current works are by Sarah Yee who moved to the area in recent years and enjoys creating painted works inspired by the world around her. Works are available for sale.    Come along to meet the artists for our next exhibition on Sunday 2nd July. Mother and Daughter pair Karen and Barbara Cunningham will be exhibiting from 28/6.  A casual afternoon with some finger food to view the works of Karen and Barbara Cunningham and hear from them what inspired their art. Artworks available for sale. Come along and buy a special art piece for your space. Starts at 4.00pm Ends by 6.00pm This is a free event but bookings preferred for catering purposes. Some finger food will be provided. Pizza and drinks available for purchase. Dinner service starts at 5.30/6.00 so book in to stay for dinner!

Unfotunately, the renovations have hit a snag! Delays in accessing components are pushing our opening back to at least early September 2022. We will be sure to advertise our opening and thank the many people who have sent messages of support.
